The damage in Hurlingham was revealed as the days passed. Roofs were blown off of several educational centres, amongst other problems.
Damian Selci took on the responsibility of helping those who were affected due to the severity of the storms.
The storm which occurred in the morning hours of Sunday affected the West as well as the other communes within the Province of Buenos Aires. This was due to the high winds and heavy rains that never stopped. The District was hit by serious issues such as roofs that were blown off and trees and poles falling on the public road.
The Platerito Special School in Villa Tesei, Mendelsohn 2349, was one of the worst-hit establishments. A large tree fell and caused the roof to collapse, damaging part of furniture.
The Roca Cultural Institute at General Bernardo O’Higgins, 1,068 was another school that had to deal with the effects of the storm. In a viral video on social media, it became clear that several areas of the school were without roofs or had partial ones. The electricity cables were also soaked and laying on the ground.

They also reported that Civil Defense, Firefighters and Municipal crews are clearing streets blocked by trees, lights and other obstructions.
In his own words, Selci said that he will be touring affected areas to help the neighbors and people who are in need.
